Hi, entering week2 of my lifestyle change. 245lbs last week, 236 this week. I'm so happy with my great start and I hope it will continue. However, I'm having first wobble tonight! I could murder a beer and I can hear them calling me from the corner shop! Please stop me!!

Now, people may have different views on this but Ive lost my weight by NOT denying myself things. Its true that a healthy regime needs a balance of protein, carb and all the gòodness of fresh foods but a beer or a biscuit wont ruin everything if you count it into your daily total. I have lost 19lbs and am just 8lbs away from my target. I followed a calorie total of 1200-1400 per day and had a steady loss over 5months which ive been able to keep going because I allowed my treats , wine , the odd biscuit. The secret is to count them in and if you go way over one day, cut back the next few dayys.its the weekly average that matters.

I find it a very nice feeling that my treats are planned. None of that guilty "what did I do??" feeling afterwards.
