Hello everyone, I am new to the forum. On week 1 of the 12 week program. I began at a hefty 21 stone at the beginning of the year. I have managed to get down to 18 stone ten pounds already and am using the 12 week program as a boost to keep me going. So far the program seems reasonable and easy to find it. How are people finding it?

I started in Jan 2013 and joined here in April 2013, having lost1.5 sone for my 50th and put 1/2,stone back on 2weeks at Sandals! With the support here not neccesarily 12 week plan I achived my goal BMI under 25 and have managed to maintain for a year, the key for me is the Monday weigh in - good luck
Im new to the 12 week plan aswell, nearly finished the first week.. its been a struggle to cut back on calories but ive realised the difference between hungry and boredom eating. Even though I miss my cakes and chocolates I feel great within myself! Im also trying to 9 week running plan, 'couch to 5k' this seems to keep me motivated to exercise more! Good luck!
well done so far - and I think this 12 week programme will help to motivate you further. I started 6 weeks ago. I found the first few days tough but now I am right into my stride. It is less difficult to count calories as I already know how many there are in most things I eat. I have lost 1st 1lb so far, so it definitely works. Plan your food well ahead so that there is nothing left to chance. I also told lots of people - that has helped me to stick to it. Good luck - you can do it!
