I've just downloaded the 12 week plan, going to start on Monday. I lost 2.5 stone last year with a slimming group and have managed to keep it off since May but could really do with loosing at least another stone but I don't want to be on a diet forever! Hoping this will help me learn to eat sensibly because I can be a bit greedy at times especially with sweet stuff 😕
I'm 54, 5' 4" and currently weigh 11stone 3lbs. I do lots of walking and have a cross trainer that I use 4 times a week. I also do a kettlebell workout twice a week and try to do yoga daily.
Looking forward to meeting you all

Good luck with the 12 week plan and don't forget to take initial measurements and photos, as it's a great way of seeing just how far you've come, especially when the scales aren't co-operating fully
Wishing you all the very best with your weight loss journey

I am just doing the same, downloading the 12 week plan. I am starting on 10th January, no reason for the 10th, just liked the sound on it and had to pick a starting point. Good luck. Look forward to following your success story.
