Chicken breasts

I brought some frozen chicken breasts... I want to cook all 5 in one go...

Once they're cooked, cut up and frozen, (how do I wrap them up?) I want to let them thaw out to make curry a few days later

How do I let them defrost? In the fridge? For how long? Do I need to heat them up again after they've defrosted?

Wrap them individually in tinfoil and defrost in the fridge overnight. Sit the foil chicken packets in a pan with just enough water to heat them through while your curry sauce is cooking, then add chickena few mins before curry is ready...

I'd put them in freezer bags, and just add them to the curry. I use a microwave to defrost and reheat.

Lay all the pieces spread out on a baking sheet, freeze, then put in a bag. This way the pieces won't stick together and you can just take out as much as you need. Defrost in the fridge overnight. (Let me know when you've made the curry and I'll be round)!!! X.

Just put them in a bag or bags once cut up and freeze. When you want to use them you can use them from frozen. You can buy ready cooked frozen chicken breasts in supermarkets and you can use them from frozen too.

I cook up a pan load, put in portions and freeze for later. Definitely thaw overnight. Chicken MUST be thawed and cooked thoroughly.
