Two breast operations chemotherapy radiotherapy time to get out walk swim get my trike out. I have about 3 stones to lose so I have started to do my own cooking soup lasagne small cakes and knitting just squares when I have enough I will sew them together and will be back at work soon and if all goes well a new home So here's to a New Year and a new start time to take control pick which groups to go to make lists and a menu Time to sort out what I have and re gift any thing I do not want or need Good luck to all.

Good luck with your recovery and your weight loss.
Been through the same treatment. Starting slowly tomorrow. Not allowed to swim yet but walking is a start. Good luck with everything.
