busy mum needs help

hi all I haven't been on for a while as so busy, and it has not gone good for me I have put on 3lbs in two weeks and feel real bad about this and I cant seem two get back motivated..

do you have a bikini or a top, something like that, that you want to be able to fit into? Just hang them on your door or places that you will see them. That might work.
