I just started my weight loss plan yesterday,and I've got my self a book and have started to write down everything I eat to try and keep in control of what I eat,what about trying that to see if it helps?
Use the free MyFitnessPal app to log everything you eat. Diets start at the supermarket so if there are foods you know you're going to binge on, don't buy them.

Just remember that you can regain control. It will be 'painful' for a short while, but then you will settle down into a new eating routine.
Don't try and make progress fast, or it will be too overwhelming. First, before you even think about weight loss, focus on eating in a structured and orderly way, not randomly. Once you have mastered that, you can start focusing on eating less/cutting down. Step by step, and you will get there.
