I'm a 20 year old female whose struggled with weight issues over the Years I am 12 stone around 5ft2.5 and Been on lots of diets but unsuccessful.... I lack motivation and get discouraged very quickly.,
Lately i have been cutting out Junk and cutting down my food portions and putting more fruit into my diet... i try not to eat after 6 pm and drink lots of water
Any Tips advise? Please share your experiences

I lost three stone (42 pounds/20 kilos) on the 5:2 Diet youtu.be/W9Aj6hRYg4A and loved it. Totally free to do, which is great as you need to save for your small clothes! I went from a UK size 16 to a size 10 and have been the same weight now since April 2013. I make sure I weigh myself every Saturday morning so I know whether to do 6:1 or 5:2 the following week. There are quite a few Facebook groups if you need others for motivation. I bought an excellent book by Kate Harrison called The 5:2 Diet and you can get that on Kindle too.
