I don't like fruit and veg too but I find them lovely in stir-fry and casseroles as they soak up the flavour and taste lovely! :)

I steam my veg....it keeps the vitamins and tastes much better....put a little pepper on to taste

There's a million and one things that you could eat, but the most important thing is to cut out the one's that you know you shouldn't eat. Focus on what you do like to eat that is low in calories and stick to those things. Experimenting with stir frys and other vegetable recipes, there's loads of good ones online, is great and can make your changes more exciting so it's definitely worth trying out a few different dishes as well!

Most importantly, enjoy it!

Try to make soups with veggies something simple like carrot soup or leek and potato or mushroom soup. You may also enjoy fruit smoothies - one of my favourite is banana, avocado with blueberries and in the summer i love eating watermelon :)

The thing I do to eat less is drink lots of water!! And if things get really bad, have a big cup of coffee or black tea without sugar. Tea you can have with a slice of lemon and coffee with some milk to make it taste better!! And about the motivation!! Try to keep your mind occupied with something! some time consuming hobby would do great! I read a lot so I spend like 2 -3 hours in the row reading. Another way to motivate is to think that as soon as you are finished with the workout, the rest of the day is free!! :)
