Sorry to hear that Pumpkins. I can imagine how really frustrating and even scary that is for you. Well done though for posting your concerns... that's a good starting point :)

You're in the healthy BMI range and I've been there then stopped using this forum which ended up with me putting on most of the weight I'd originally lost. As a starting point, I think you would do well to use the Daily Diary... and like the name suggests, make sure you use it 'daily'.

Involving yourself will allow you to receive lots of feedback every day, hopefully enable you to feel more committed to your plans plus people can help pin point changes you may need to make.

As Tigger has said, and we have all said to you in the past, being active on the forum is key to success. Why don’t you start chatting to others on the forum every day, reading posts and replying to others, and joining in with the group activities? It’s horrible to feel out of control, I hope to see you joining in more 😊

Hi Pumkins, first of all well done for identifying a problem and deciding to do something about it. Step 1 write down an honest list of what you are eating each day. Step 2 identify possible culprits for the weight gain - extra snacks, drinks, fatty foods or just extra large portions. Step 3 plan what to do to put yourself back on track. One step at a time, slow but sure and you can do it. Good luck with your diet plans this week.
