A good first day

Feeling more uplifted since I managed my first day positively :) 1345 kcal intake and a 5 km walk at 290 kcal burnt...getting started in itself is a motivation somehow...still need to find a route that's running friendly though!

That sounds good! So far not a bad day 1 for me too. I haven't got the eating pattern quite right yet (not enough during the day, and too much at night, and dinner too late) but I am within mycalorie range. I had a 10 km run in the gym.
