Well, I started last Monday and have been doing calorie counting, but with the 2 day diet in my mind, and I have lost 5lbs. Well pleased, realise some may be water, but have really stayed focused, and even lunched out! Well pleased! Away for a couple of days this week, but will be in control of what I eat or drink!! Yesssss! Bring it on!! Good luck everyone!
