Holidays are tough!

Having just returned from visiting the UK for two weeks, I really thought that I wouldn't lose weight BUT because I was so pleased to have lost weight prior to leaving, there was no way I was going to put it back on again. I reckon I made good choices, especially as I miss English food and wanted to have some of everything! Over the two weeks I lost 6lbs so it can be done. Good luck. I also lost a few marbles. There was me thinking I'm on week 11 when in actual fact I'm on week 12 lol!
