Recently I've been slowly piling on the pounds as I constantly pick and eat small bits and pieces all day! This is not helped by working in a cafe as I am constantly picking and eating pieces of cake, toasties etc and it's all started adding up!
Any suggestions as to stop picking :)?
Any help appreciated!

What about keeping a food log / food diary and then that will make you realise how much the picking adds up. I didn't this and didn't want to note all the snacks and bits I had so didn't eat em / felt less inclined as I then had to add these cals up too - give it a go - tis very hard esp when working with food too xx
Tricky one. You could take some chopped up apple or pieces of carrot with you and munch on those instead. Altnough lots of willpower would be best. Have a good filling breakfast before you go to work so your not peckish. Oats and berries are filling and satiating. Good luck..
That's certainly very tricky. I lost weight (three stone in six months) by fasting two days a week youtu.be/W9Aj6hRYg4A so I knew I couldn't eat anything at all, and that discipline might help you too if you know that you can only drink non or low-calorie drinks during the day until a 500 calorie meal in the evening. It sounds difficult but you soon get used to it. I don't think I'd have the willpower to just eat a little.
You could try a fab little free app called MyFitnessPal to count the calories, but you have to have the discipline to log everything you eat.
