Realised that there are 2 similar diets out there, and both say roughly the same! 2. Fasting days of your choice, or 2consecutive days of fasting( but they can be separate if you want! So it doesn't really matter of I do them together! Basically it's what's easier for the individual!!

It's exactly the same diet! They're non-consecutive days - many do Mondays and Thursdays - and you can move them around to fit your life as long as you do the two.
Dr Michael Mosley's original Horizon programme "Eat, Fast and Live Longer" didn't originally come with any further guidance so Kate Harrison started her Facebook group called the 5:2 Diet, and then brought out her book The 5:2 Diet in November 2012, then Michael eventually brought out his book with Mimi Spencer called the Fast Diet.
My aunty has lost over a stone on the 5:2 diet and hit a plateau - she has realised that she needs to cut down a little bit on her normal 5 days and is now continuing to loose weight - works for some!
I'm also on my second week of doing 5 2 diet, though don't like the word diet, it doesn't feel like a diet .
