Protien brownies/cookie recipe?

I have some diet whey protein powder and don't really enjoy drinking my calories so I want to make some protein brownies or cookies out of it. Does anyone know any good recipes for this? Most online are too difficult

Is this like my problem where I think just because it is there I have to use it up somehow rather than putting it in the food waste? (Which is arguably the best place for this) I end up consuming far more calories.

I'm not someone whose approach is "don't ever eat X" (and I enjoy cooking) but baking brownies or cookies is perhaps a strategy to have a serious think about....
