Since being disagnosed with diabetic neuropathy 2 years ago I have put on over 4 stone. I used to power walk 5 times a week to keep my weight off, but now need some help as to what exercise I can do to help. I shall be watching calories anf portions from tomorrow.

Perhaps you need to think about exercise as a way of helping you to keep healthy, rather than a way to lose weight? Non weight bearing exercises like swimming possibly?

If the 12 week plan does not help, have a look at this site which gives an alternative (although I don't think you need the amount of protein recommended).
