Sunny day!

Better weather than expected so happy! Still feeling motivated (day 2 so honeymoon!). Need to maintain this feeling for a long time - how do I do that?? I seem to lose it after about a week normally and splurge! Scales are looking good. How often should you weigh? Are these things linked?

I weigh myself officially once a week but sometimes have a sneaky look before the week is up. I also have a book with every Monday in it until Jan - I put my weight in it and every month I have a space for my BMI and total weight loss. It's helping me. I also have a range of non-food related treats for when I lose a certain amount of weight...like some new jewelery or a trip to see my best friend etc.

Thanks Hannas Home. The diary thing looks like a good idea. I'll try that!
