Saying bye bye to another pound at this morning's weigh in Having mixed feelings about it though: feeling good that it's not a gain, but still feeling a bit underwhelmed that the loss wasn't greater. I don't like it when I have mixed feelings as it usually results in me over-eating........must find my happy place and quick!!!
On the positive side I've only got 15 more pounds to lose till I reach my goal
Thank you. I've lost 16lb so far. Doing it in stages, so 15 to lose till I reach my next goal. Overall I need to lose another 26lbs and I'll have reached my target Feels great already, really enjoying the new healthy living/eating lifestyle
I know exactly how you feel that's happened to me twice now. Last week I only lost a pound and it panicked me as I was staying with my parents who are both overweight like me and although they are supportive I was worried that bejng around them would make me more likely to slip off the wagon and eat too much.
I rectified this by taking my weightwatchers cook books with me and offering to cook all the evening meals that week. Thankfully I'm back to my usual 2lbs this week which means I've now lost 3st. My mum even left me a message to say she was missing my cooking and that she'd lost 2lbs too which I'm dead chuffes with as I don't get many compliments about my cooking!
Well done on only having 15lbs to go. 1lb may seem only small but think back to all the other 1lbs you've lost. They all add up and it's a pound less that you've got to loose.
