I've noticed you've been doing weigh ins every Monday but haven't seen any posts recently. Are you still doing them?
I think these would help me out as I do my own weigh in every Monday and feel the encouragement from everyone would help spur me on!

Yes, I am still doing the Monday weigh-in posts - I put it up this morning at about 6.50am or thereabouts, and have had some replies so it is visible. Please do join in, it would be great to see you. Everyone is very supportive and we help spur each other on.

Wishing you both well in your new healthy eating and exercising lifestyle. A couple of tips I have that may be of help to you both:
1. Set your alarm on your phone to go off every 1 1/2 hours, when it goes off, drink a quarter of a litre of water. This helps keep you hydrated and enables you to steer clear of tempting snacks.
2. Use MyFitnessApp alongside the 12week nhs plan - keeps you focused as you can see your intake and exercise on a daily, weekly and monthly scale.

This is an excellent tip with the water drinking! I do always try to drink water whenever I want a drink but I know I never drink the amount I should everyday!

Hope it works well for you as it is doing with me! Don't be put off by the amount of times you have to go take a pee, you are doing your body good by flushing out the rubbish
