Hello everyone. I heard so much about Weight Loss Green Store Tea. Is there anyone who tried or heard about it? It seems to be popular.

I haven't heard of this product, but nearly all of these things are a waste of money. Usually all that happens is it lightens your wallet! The only way to lose weight is to take in fewer calories than you burn. So, for most people that means restricting their diet whether that is by counting calories, 5:2 diet, going paleo :) I personally recommend calorie counting as the easiest and most reliable way, as that is what has worked for me. Doing more exercise also helps to increase the amount of calories burned and improve fitness. Have a look at the NHS guide to get started:

nhs.uk/Livewell/weight-loss...

If you start making some changes to your lifestyle today, then by a few weeks you should be starting to see some good results. It does take quite a while to lose weight and get fitter, months at least, but it is worth the effort.

Some people, myself included, find that having a hot drink is helpful when you are feeling hungry and you don't want to have a snack. If you like green tea then I would just buy some from the supermarket, instead of getting some expensive product.

I totally agree with you.

Hi,

I'm very fond of green tea. And even fonder of white tea (leaves are picked even younger).

As a weight loss aid, I have found no evidence whatsoever, though I did discover some unproven claims which really can only be considered as myth..

One thing that Is proven though is that these contain high levels of anti-oxidants, which might be a not bad reaon for taking them.
