Iv done 22 miles on a bike today, very done in but very chuffet with my self, wonder how much iv lost. I will get this crap of my body

Good on yer. I ride a lot too. To work, on days off. It's a great way of getting round to see the countryside too, but don't reward yourself with a mars bar - its counterproductive.

O' no never chocolate, lost a stone took 7 weeks, not going back know. Also go to the gym as well
