I was a little over 15 stone when I started, nearly 14 stone. I'm the same not hungry all the time, keeping meals small. Thanks for the response

Only you can help yourself. Are you using the 12 week plan - nhs.uk/livewell/loseweight/...

There is lots of advice about sensible eating and calorie counting. No foods are banned but obviously most of your calories should come from proper food not sweet things. If you try to wean yourself off sugar then it will get easier. Good luck.

That is great news. Well done.

Can I ask what sort of work out you are doing at the gym?

Hi, I start with a warm up on a rowing machine for 6 minutes to get the heart beating. If u r ready for the gym its best to start of using light weight's at first to avoid muscle soreness for the first 2 weeks then add more weight on cause you will find your strength will have increased. Use fast repertisions say 12 reps 1 set for the first 2 weeks. Spend no longer than an half an hour for the first 2 weeks, then try 40 minutes to an hour after 2 weeks. Eat something healthy 2 hours before u go cuz you will feel sick if u eat something a half hour before gym. U only need to go 3 time's a week every other day. Try to cycle when you go out to places. Its just about all around aerobics on a bike. And eat senceble. Good luck u can do it.
