My scales show 6lbs difference depending on where I am in the bathroom? Is it my scales?

I weigh myself in the same place every time. Make sure you are on a hard floor, not carpet, as that will alter the measurement.

However, it may be worth investing in some new scales.

New scales! I have weight watchers digital and they are consistent

I've got the digital weight watchers and weigh myself in the conservatory which has a hard floor. (The weight watchers scales have got little feet which you can add on if you are using them on carpet.) However this morning it made a 2 pound difference as to my weight just by moving the position of the scales very slightly, and that was on the hard floored conservatory.. I do my official weigh in on the WiiFit, which also tells you your BMI, and that is always consistent.
