Keep a food diary to find out which foods start your condition off first

I know how you feel

I take Omeprazole every day

I try to avoid onions and only have a small amount in recipes

I also avoid caffeine and only drink De caff Green tea once a day

I drink plenty of water as I feel this neutralizes the acid

Although I fully admit to being a chocoholic, I now limit it
