Just thought I would say hi. I've joined as I need to lose 3/4 st for me to be able to have a knee replacement. I've already lost 4 st doing ww, but had got stuck in a rut.

Hi lucy75 wow well done on your 4 stone loss already that's brilliant , so you know you can do it but your just a bit stuck ? Well you need to go back to basics if you still have your diary look back on weeks where you had a good loss and copy that week make sure if it goes in your mouth it goes in your diary that's what seems to be working for me at the moment and try new foods sometimes we need a shake up as we end up always having the same things I'm at the moment steeling slimming world recipe ideas so I'm staying fuller for longer which helps you can do it there's less of you already just don't give up it's a lifestyle change your doing and you will get there

Well done on your weight loss so far! Try mixing it up with the 5:2 Diet - this little video explains it really well youtu.be/W9Aj6hRYg4A and I lost half a stone a month to get to my goal weight and my daughter is now losing at the same rate. I've been the same weight now for a year by just 'fasting' one day a week instead of stopping 'dieting' and piling it all back on again and more!

Thank you ladies, was thinking of having a go at the 12 week plan. A lot of people do seem to be having great results with the 5:2 Diet, so could be another possibility!

4stone .. well done! Keep on going .. yes easy to get in a rut after a while .. need that extra push and then you can get going again .. good luck
