Just completed run 2 of week 2 - really pleased with myself - finding it quite tough. Had a bit of a problem with my right knee this morning - managed to complete the run but knee was hurting and when I got home I noticed some swelling just under the knee cap. Any tips as to ease the pain? Want to do run 3 on Saturday to complete my week 2. Dont want to have to give up already

I have the same problem on week four ct5k have had to strap knee and use anti inflamatories day six and pain getting a little easier but cant get back to exercise yet dont want to have to start all over fom begining
