ermmmm ... hello -should I be here? I'm new to the site and struggling a little with finding my way round the forums. Is this where new members post? and do I have to join this community or have I already joined?

By posting you have joined, welcome
There isn't a specific area for anythjng as such. More just 2 distinctions. If you're just posting news or debating a topic or just fancy saying hi then it goes in the posts section. If you're adking a question it goes in the question section.
It's a very basic setup but I thi k it kind of works lol!
I hope so. We're all really supportive on here.
Hi Linda
I always check the new posts on the email every morning but otherwise I find this forum very confusing too, and the fact that when you've responded to a post you don't see other responses. I find the Facebook groups far less confusing. I'm in a great one called 5:2 for Life and Health. It's a spin-off from Kate Harrison's 5:2 Diet group as that's now got nearly 20,000 members - there were six of us when I joined!

Hi Linda...can you post a link to that one ? I couldn't find anything when I typed in 5:2 for Life and Health .Thanks,
Carole

I started the 5:2 woe 1st January lost 21lbs so far along way to go yet.I read several other sites for inspiration and all the positive comments help me to stay on track
