Only 1lb off, was expecting more for the 1st week. Especially as I haven't had any alcohol in 2 weeks and usually drink every weekend oh well at least it isn't a gain, brush myself off and stay motivated!

Hi, I only lost 1lb in my first week and then 0.8lbs in my second week and at last on week 3 I have lost 2.6 making my total 4.4lbs. Like you say a pound is still a loss and it all adds up over time. Try not to let it get you down. Good luck for this week

Congratulations on losing a pound. It is a weight loss to celebrate, because it is a healthy amount to lose in one week, and that is the best way - truely!
Definitely follow your advice and stay motivated, it will be worth it as you'll hopefully continue your downward trend and lose more weight as the weeks go by.
