My names Jo and I just wanted a bit of advice really,I'm 5 ft 4inches and currently weigh 11.3,a couple of years ago I injured my knee on the cross trainer and had to stop exercising(not that I was doing much),I have just started jogging really slowly with my dog but just wondered what else would benefit me really,I'm aged 42,eating a healthy diet and don't eat fried food and have cut down my portion sizes,
I love your "Hamster", feels like it, when I have an urgent snack! I can't let go of fatty things, I have a perfect craving for them quite often! I stopped drinking single cream so far, when I have a crave! Chocolate has gone as well, but you know once in a while....and oh ice-cream, could be a diet. I only mean to take a bit, but I had had all my permitted calories already, and then it happens all over again....But now with the diet here of weight loss, all the fighting people, it really is a challenge to overcome the "Schweinehund"!......
