Started last week, have stuck to my 1400 calorie goal using fitness pal and jogged/walked 5k 3 times but haven't lost any weight, any ideas?

Keep going at least none gained! I weigh every day but only report on Monday and mine fluctuates by 3-4lbs in any one week. you WILL start to see a downward trend
Me neither but I'm determined to stick with it. With that level of exercise and calorie intake I'm sure you'll see results. Be encouraged that you managed to stick to your calorie plan and exercised x3. Well done you!
Remember it could be water retention, the more fruit and veg you eat the less water retention you should have.
Just keep doing what you're doing!
I had weeks like that on the 12 week plan and managed to shed 18 pounds. I am continuing on the same vein, as I intend to get rid of another 3 stone.
It will work if you stick to it.
