I was at the doctors this morning for an asthma check up and the nurse was very pleased with me as I have lost 10 pounds since last year.

was at the doctors this morning for an asthma check up and the nurse was very pleased with me as I have lost 10 pounds since last year(not much I know but I have stress problems), my breathing is the best it has been since 2006, she said to keep on doing whatever it is I'm doing as it is working, it has given me a boost, I weighed myself yesterday and was 11 stone 9 pounds the nurse weighed me and I was 11 stone 5 pounds, I'm quite pleased with myself. The picture is the old me.
