Monday Weigh In

A little bit late as this is first chance I've had to get online!

So I did it! I got on the scales and faced the reality of the numbers!!

First weigh in results are 14 stone exactly!

So to be a healthy weight I need to lose around 2 1/2 stone!

So time to keep hold of this motivation and keep on track no matter what!

Honesty is always the best policy and core to any changes you make, so huge congratulations on not only being honest to yourself but then to have the resolve to post it. You're definitely off on the right foot.

Good Luck with it!
