My weight plateued after puting

.5 of a stone back on which was due to the carbs. Started nhs plan Have not followed this plan and excercise as l intentend due to a couple of health issues had the intent but not the action. My weight has since gone from 10.3 stone to 10.7 so l am starting again following the nhs plan and joining slimming world with my daughter who joined 2 weeks ago. Motivation is the key here

If l want a healthy me as l approach 54 next year. Its not just about the weight its the excercise and a fitter person which l hope to be. So let the journey begin this time l intened to succeed

All the best with it, remember it's a marathon not a sprint, I'm sure you'll get there in the end if you stick to the plan.

Approach things bit by bit. Break it down so its managable and not overwhelming x

Kitty-Cupcakes, I to lost a lot of weight on the Dunkan 2 stone, all was well untill I went on a cruise

last January, only put 5lbs on alas it was after ! I have to be very aware of how much excercise I do seems to be the key for me. I have 7lbs to get back to normal weight, alas seems worse than loosing

the 2 stone on the Dunkan. I'm doing the same as you this time, counting calories so keep at it, then your keep me going to! It's my son's wedding next year ! Good Luck keep posting.

hi exactly the same thing happened to me, i losy alot of weight this year and i stopped in june for a few months and started being stupid again with lack of excercise and carbs and put back on 5 kilo so now i started on the nhs program i weigh in on monday 4th nov the good thing is i dont feel like i am on a diet counting calories i dont feel deprived and it teaches me what i am really do wrong as its written down in a diary... as when we over eat in our minds we write it down as i only ate a little bit today lol its true but when its written down what we have eaten its a shock and makes us think....also i feel over the years i am not finishing any diet so thats why i put the weight back on i got told years ago if you finish a diet but dont tone up your stomach and you leave your tummy you tend to stay saggy and be able to stretch out your tummy when you eat more i dont know if thats true i have never completly finished a diet....well one thing i wont give up i will keep trying until i find what works for me...and i want to be healthy and slimmer next year also i turn 50 and i promised myself i dont want to be this huge by then so keep fighting and keep battling on together we will get there
