Hi Jess, I almost finish my first week so fingers crossed I lost 1 kg. It was hard for the first 3 days trying reduce my calorie to 1400 :(. However, I managed to control my calorie intake and I am looking forward to maintain the 1400 kcal limit.

All the best on your results this morning :)
