Just looked at the week 1 chart, can anyone explain what does the 'Your 5 a day' part stand for?

5 portions of fruit and veg a day, this can a mix of fresh, frozen, tinned or dried :)

5 portions of fruit and veg a day. A portion is 80 grams which can be a surprising amount (I had a big surprise when I started actually weighting veg!)

If you are trying to lose weight, it's probably best to eat more veg than fruit.
