Week one - take two

I followed the twelve week plan earlier this year and did really well and could fit comfortably into size 14-16 clothes instead of 18-20,

I took a break and now want to follow it again to lose the holiday weight gain plus I am convinced that taking a break in weight loss allows my body to consolidate the weight loss and prevent my face looking haggered - not a good look at my age.

So here goes - actually looking forward to it at the moment as want to feel in control again.

HI

Well done with your previous 12weeks, think your right about taking some time out to allow weight to settle. I`ve just started the 12 Week plan, I`d lost a couple of stones the other year but have put some it back on so fingers crossed :)
