It is my first post, so please be gentle with me
I was 211 lbs in June 2011. Someone posted a photo of me on Facebook and I was mortified! I decided to do something about it and over 2012 I lost 40lbs.
Then life got in the way and from Christmas last year I put on 10 lbs back on.
Today weighing 185 lbs I'd like to get back on track just my head is not in it. I still have at least 40 lbs to lose.
Any ideas how to get motivated again will be very much apprecieated
