I'm pretty new here. I have been doing this for almost a week. I want to move my weigh-in day to Monday so I am weighing in today this week (a couple of days early) and then Monday next week.
I weighed myself this morning and I have lost 4.5lb! No wonder I was hungry!
It seems that my thyroid medication is now just about right now. I'm certainly feeling a lot better than before. Last time I tried this I didn't lose a single pound... not even half a pound! I must say I was quite shocked this morning, in a nice way.
If I lose more than 2lb next week I think I might increase my calories. I might be underestimating my activity level
