Hi, I've cut out sugar and processed foods. I say cut out - I mean they're treats, so this Saturday evening I'm going out for a meal, but that's it. No cakes, no biscuits and I'm cooking from scratch and really upped my fruit and veg intake. I've stopped eating white bread and cook with wholegrains. i also eat rye bread instead of normal bread - even wholemeal, because most of them have added sugar. This isn't a weightloss plan, it's better eating, but you might find you lose weight as a side effect.
