Could'nt help a sneaky weigh in this morning and I have lost.
I have stuck to 1400cals not been at all hungry and upped my activity. Not been too hard to do hav'nt counted calories before so bought a book been reading labels and keeping a record of my meals This NHS website has been a revelation.

Pleased to hear it's working out for you.
I must say, I'm delighted with my progress to date.
And I'd agree the NHS Choices lose weight pages contain lots of very good (and free!) advice and there's lots of good stuff on these blogs as well.
