week 5- back on track

I didn't lose last week. disappointed but philosophical. So with clear determination decided i would need to lose 2 pounds this week - to get back on track and reach this weeks milestone of 12 st 3.

I am pleased to report said 2 pounds has gone. This makes my weight loss since mid April 6 pounds. This is one pound off the half stone marker, and equivalent to a bag of potato's and and half bag of sugar. So all all that feels quite pleasing.

Celebrating with a curry tonight!!!

Hi suzybenj,

Well done!

I must admit that I'm a tad behind expectations at the moment, but I've got a lot on at the moment, so I'm not too bothered about it.

Stress does reduce the body's tendency to burn fat and also sleeplessness too.

I rather expect that in a few weeks time when I expect things to settle down a bit, that I'll be able to get the weight loss thing back on track.

Good luck with your weight loss journey.

Well done. Love the comparisson to potatoes and sugar. I buy spuds by the sack so I'd need to lose 55lbs lol. Good luck this week. My weigh in is today...
