Can someone tell me what are the best trainers to wear for the C25K, I have the rebok toners you now the ones that are suppose to tone you up while walking. I was wondering if they are ok for running.

I don't know for sure but my gut instinct would say no, I would imagine that you put yourself at more risk of injury, being a new runner you are at risk anyway, I would imagine the instability from the tonning should would increase that risk.

Do you have sports shop near to you that can analyse your gait? If you have then they will be able to advise you on what shoes you need depending on your gait.
