pcos ivf new cycle - 26 yo , first cycld poor response.

Hi all was wondering if anyone with pcos went through ivf and initially had a poor response? I was on 112.5 gonal f . Obtained 5 eggs 3 immature two mature one was day 3 fresh which took but sadly lost at 21 weeks to fetal anomaly . Other embryo day 5 blast 3bb - failed transfer . Has anyone had better luck on their next cycle? What did you change and what supplements did you take if any?
