I came off my pill in January, for the last few weeks I’ve had really bad pains to the point I can’t hardly walk after a bowel movement, I also now have shooting pains in my breast from my chest to my nipple and a kid of soft scab on the right hand side of my nipple, anyone else had anything like this is it hormones ?
