I need to loose weight for surgery. Finding it near impossible due to PCOS.

Hello

I am currently suffering from a lot of pain due to suspected endometriosis. I have been told I cannot have any surgery until I loose weight. I am currently trying to loose weight but… due to having PCOS it is really difficult. Any advice or help about what I should do? Thanks x
