18 days post op endometrial albation

Hi ladies I need some advice and reassurance please I've been getting this very watery yellow/orangey blood discharge for a week now and I've no idea what this is and I'm abit concerned about . I'm just wondering to anyone that's had an albation ever had this at all please?

I'm making an follow up appointment next Monday as Tuesday will be week 3 but I'm not getting any foul smell from it and I've not had sex neither also no cramps or pain so I'm confused to whats going on

Can anyone relate or help
