PCOS Spironolactone and metformin Pills….

I was diagnosed as have insulin resistant PCOS three months ago. I went to the docs due to excessive groin sweating being very hairy and headaches…. My blood showed high testosterone and something else sorry can’t remember so this with the symptoms led to the diagnosis.

The doc has just upped the spironolactate pills to two per day. As the last two months have made no change to symptoms I took the dosage for the first time last night and can’t work out if my really dry mouth and lips and slight what I call a heady feeling (not quite dizzy but a bit light headed) is the drugs or the fact I had a cold last week have over done it the last few days and so now it’s marking a return… I hate taking pills my head tells me my body should work properly but apparently not.

Any advise on the pills, or confirmation I’m not the only one to suffer with this awful placement of sweating would be great.

Thank you :-)
