Need some help as I'm confused about this withdrawal bleed from Norethisterone

Hi ladies I've been bleeding since last Saturday it's been 4 days now and the bleeding isn't massively heavy like the last time I was on it and I'm not passing any uterus linings neither just small clots ... the bleeding is bright right though and I've not had hardly any cramps neither!!!

Is this normal to have a withdrawal bleed like this? If so let me know as I'm a bit confused 😕

I've been on the norethisterone for 1 year 6 months straight prior to ending it last Thursday the bleeding started on Saturday making it now day 4 or 3
