How do I get my period back?

Ever since I got my first period, it had always been irregular. It would be super heavy and last for 4-6 weeks. When I became 14, I started taking the birth control pill to help regulate my cycle. I was diagnosed with pcos. I’m now 20 and just over a year ago In August 2019 I stopped taking the birth control pill to see if my cycle had regulated. For the first three months (September October and November) my cycle was normal. My period would last 7 days and I would get it every month. Then i didn’t get a period until 4 months later in March. That period lasted 4 weeks and that was the last period I got. It’s been nearly 6 months and I don’t know what to do. I went to my doctor and she did a blood test and told me my hormone levels look fine. My BMI is 20. She recommended going back on the pill but I don’t want to go back on it as I feel like it’s just suppressing my body and my system. I want to get my period back naturally. Can someone please help me ?

Alpha Inofolic is a product that is supposed to help, you can buy it through Pharasure. Myinstol is the ingredient in it, that aids periods. It's not cheap, but it doesn't have many is any side effects. The pill should help the bleed, I was told to take it 4 times a year. I don't believe there is much more you can do, you seem a healthy weight, do you eat healthily and get exercise? The only issue will be if you are trying to conceive, but you are quite young, so you have plenty of time and there are other options such as IVF, if it ever got that far. I really wouldn't worry too much. I didnt have periods in my 20s but I do have them now in my 30s and have been pregnant, not having periods doesn't mean they won't come back.
